Step 1: make a full-size floor map

Use painter’s tape on a clean floor to mark a 24-by-5-foot rectangle. Draw a soft S-curve through it and divide the line into five sections. Number them from the entrance end to the far end. This map is your quality-control tool: every completed module should be placed over its section before packing.

Step 2: inflate and size by batch

Troubleshooting

The wave looks like a straight tube. Reduce density at two transition points and add small clusters above one side and below the other to exaggerate the S-curve.

The seams are obvious. Increase overlap, rotate the smaller module into the larger one, and use five-inch clusters to bridge only the visible gap.

The canopy blocks the room. Remove depth from the underside rather than shortening the entire design. A shallower center preserves length and drama.
